Shipping

We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do ship to residential addresses.

Orders are processed in 2 business days after payment or Purchase Order approval. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

We do not offer free shipping. For most products, freight is calculated at checkout. Very large and heavy products require a freight quote, with freight cost and delivery time confirmed before finalizing.

Freight quoted per order. Contact us for LTL, lift-gate and delivery options, including white-glove delivery.

PO orders generally use Standard Ground shipping, but very large and heavy products may require a freight quote before processing.

Tracking is sent by email for both checkout orders and Purchase Orders placed by email.

Report damage or missing items within 10 days of receipt. Contact INOX Medical by email. Damage-related costs are paid by the manufacturer through INOX.
