Returns

Request a return within 10 days of receipt. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by email at hello@inoxmedical.com before returning an item.

Return eligibility depends on the manufacturer and the item condition. Contact us before returning.

Report damage or missing items within 10 days of receipt. Return costs for damaged or defective items are paid by the manufacturer through INOX.

The customer pays return costs for change-of-mind returns and other reasons unrelated to damage or defects.

A restocking fee may apply for regret returns. Amount confirmed at authorization.

Cancellation is free before shipment. After shipment, the customer pays the cost of return shipping.
